Activity Instructors
Full Time / Part Time / Seasonal
We are currently recruiting Activity Instructors, with full-time, part-time and seasonal positions available. Seasonal roles typically run from April to end of August.
The role involves instructing a range of indoor and outdoor land-based activities, supervising groups, and helping to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for visitors.
Prior experience of climbing or outdoor activities is essential. Instructing experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. Relevant qualifications are an advantage but not required for all roles.
Applicants must be 18+. Evening and weekend work will be required.
A DBS check will be required for this role.

Riding Instructors
Full Time / Part Time / Seasonal
We are currently recruiting Riding Instructors to join our busy riding centre. Full-time, part-time and seasonal positions are available. Seasonal roles typically run from April to the end of August.
The role involves assisting with and delivering riding sessions, helping with yard duties, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.
Previous experience with horses is essential. Instructing experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
Applicants must be 18+ (Assistant roles available from 16+). Weekend work will be required.

Cafe Assistant
Seasonal – April to August
We’re looking for enthusiastic people with good customer service skills to join our front-of-house team in the Base Camp Café for the 2026 season (April to end of August).
Duties include serving customers, taking orders, preparing drinks and light food, and keeping the café area clean and welcoming.
Experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
Shifts are on a rota basis, approximately 20–24 hours per week. Shifts are mainly daytime, with some evening shifts during the week for residential groups (usually finishing by around 8pm). Weekend work will be required.

Receptionist
Relief Cover
We are looking for a reliable relief receptionist to provide cover for our reception team. This is a flexible role with no fixed rota, typically covering a small number of shifts each month, plus the possibility of one regular evening per week. Shifts will mainly be to cover staff holidays, days off, sickness, and seasonal demand.
This role would suit someone looking for occasional, flexible work rather than regular weekly hours.
The role includes reception duties, answering customer enquiries, and taking bookings. Basic computer skills are required. Previous customer-facing experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
Work during evenings, weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays may be required depending on cover needs.
