Join us for a fun and informal One Day Event at Llangorse Multi Activity Centre – back again for 2025!
This will involve a Dressage Test, a Show Jumping round, and a Cross-Country round. Dressage tests can be called.
Start times will be emailed by Thursday 19th June 2025.
Course walk on the Friday 20th (afternoon) and Saturday 21st June (morning or afternoon), or prior to the cross-country on the Sunday.
Classes:
Class 1 – Max height 30cm (1ft), lead rein permitted
Dressage Test – The Pony Club Walk & Trot Dressage Test (2022)
Class 2 – Max height 60cm (2ft)
Dressage Test – The Pony Club Preliminary PC70 Dressage Test (WTC) (2022)
Stabling:
Over night stabling and accommodation is available – please enquire for availability.
Overnight stables for 1 night are £20 per horse. Straw provided.

Participants will need to bring their own horse. Regular riders at Llangorse can hire a horse at no extra cost – please discuss this with us before booking.

Rider Registration
All places must be booked online using the online booking facility or by phoning 01874 658272.
Please take note of the following information:
- Cross-Country colours can be worn for the Cross-Country phase.
- All Riders must wear ‘Protective Headwear’ i.e. a hat which meets one of the following standards:
- British – All PAS 015, VG1 – provided they are BSI Kitemarked
- European – VG1 – provided they are BSI Kitemarked
- American –All SEI ASTM F1163 04a onwards and SNELL E2001
- Australian & New Zealand – AS/NZS 3838 2003 onwards.
- Harnesses must be correctly fastened at all times whilst mounted.
- Body protectors are compulsory for the cross-country phase.
- Riders must have their own cross-country number bibs.
- Dressage tests can be called.
- Competitors must follow the Event Rules.
Closing date for entries is Saturday 14th June 2025, or until fully booked. Start times will be emailed by Thursday 19th June 2025.
